Pogon is a center for independent culture which hosts exhibitions and events, adjacent to a legendary bar-club Močvara in Zagreb. During their annual 'Unique Garden Party', they had me paint a mural on their entry façade.
Wall is 12.8m long and 3.5m high, and the only requirement was to keep the existing writing "Ne travaillez jamais", which is French for Never Work.
The inscription inspired my concept and it's the theme of idyllic relaxation. The center's location by the river is reflected in the characters and their environment, and what they do is representing the activities of Pogon.I envisioned it as a place where the community gathers, creates and enjoys others' creations in one colorful, surreal world.
